‘Comprehensively restructured’ stamp dealer-to-rare coins auctioneer Stanley Gibbons (SGI:AIM) has appointed FinnCap to carry out a full strategic review which could lead to ‘a sale of some or all of the group’.
One interested party is Disruptive Capital Finance, chaired by former Boris Johnson adviser Edi Truell. Disruptive is participating in the formal sale process for the philatelic and numismatic markets leader, battling back from the damage done by its previous board. (JC)
