Limited Company Dealing account

If you’re a director or secretary of a Limited Company, you can open a Dealing account in your company’s name.

Also known as a ‘corporate share Dealing account’, a Limited Company Dealing account is very similar to a typical Dealing account; however, it allows you to invest your company’s funds to grow the business further.

How to open an account

To open a Limited Company Dealing account, we need you to complete the below form, then post it to us.

The form needs to be signed by at least two company directors, or one director and the company secretary. You also need to choose a nominated contact who’ll run the account.

Accounts are usually opened within 48 hours, although at times this can be slightly longer.

How to pay into the account

To pay into your Limited Company Dealing account, the fastest way is by debit card. Your money will be in your account straight away, ready to invest. To do this, just log in and select ‘Single payment’.

You can also fund your account regularly by a direct debit from your nominated bank account. To do this, log in and select ‘Regular payments to get started’.

• What are the charges for the account?

  The charges for a Limited Company Dealing account are the same as per the standard Dealing account charges. You can buy and sell investments for as little as £1.50 for funds and £5.00 for shares, and it costs just 0.25% a year to hold them in your account with us.

• Can I change the registered contact on the account?

  If you need to change the registered contact that manages the Limited Company Dealing account, please get in contact with us at newaccounts@ajbell.co.uk.
